Boxes:
| Rainbow
boxes are a wonderful way to give our children the opportunity
to experience creativity and color.
Children learn through imagination and play and this
project allows you to donate the items they need to create.
Simply fill a box with colorful items such as paints, brushes,
crayons, glue, pencils, notepads, art supplies and educational
toys. Then ship it to us and we will use the items to help the
children discover and explore. |

or children to learn the pleasure of giving rather than
receiving.

Money
Donations:
There
are many monthly expenses to keep our pre-school running.
We must pay the salaries for two teachers, a gardener
and a caretaker. We
provide the children with a glass of milk and a piece of fruit
each morning and a meal at lunchtime. We must also provide the
children with daily vitamins and basic healthcare such as
de-worming, antibiotics and visits to the nurse when
necessary. There are also ongoing operation costs, such as utilities and
repairs to the school. Every
dollar donated goes directly to the children and the school. All the work needed to operate the school is done by a group
of dedicated volunteers. We need individuals like you, who
care enough to help support this school.
A dollar goes a long way in Uganda.

to feed, educate and provide health care for one of our
children.

Donations
of Shoes and Clothing:
Most
of our children do not have shoes to wear on their feet.
Often children get jiggers and hook worms by walking
through unsanitary conditions with bare feet.
By wearing shoes they can avoid getting many kinds of
parasites.

Most
of our children do not have proper clothes to wear. They need
dresses, shirts and shorts for the dry seasons and warmer
clothes, such as pants and light jackets for the wet seasons.
The children also need long sleeved shirts and pants to
protect them from mosquitoes, which carry malaria. You can
help by donating new or gently used clothing for children ages
4-6. |

Expansion:
The
families are very grateful for the care and support that
we are providing. The children are very excited to start
school and the entire village has come out to watch our
progress. When the end of the year arrives it will be very difficult to
let the children leave when we know that many families can�t
afford to continue their education.
We want to raise enough money to build another primary
one and two classroom so the children can continue to receive
the benefits of proper health and nutrition.
We want the children to progress and explore their
potential through reading, numbers and writing. In order to do
this we need more donations to provide staffing, food and
healthcare for an additional sixty children.
